Nauset Home Improvement & Property Management provides our exclusive "Home Watch" Service. Whether you are a year round or seasonal resident , "Home Watch" will  watch over your property while you are not present. We also offer emergency service during the rental months if your property is rented. You or your renters can contact us directly and we will dispatch a technician to go into the home and assess and repair the issues at hand.

 Home Watch Services include  an on site interior and exterior inspection of your property on a regular mutually agreed upon time schedule.

• Generally our clients contract our services to inspect on a weekly basis. In case of a major catastrophe such as storm or wind damage, an additional cost per visit may be incurred.
• Our Winter watch program is our most popular and contracts generally run from November 1st  through April 30th.
• Short term programs also available (1 month minimum) as well as year round watch.

Home Watch Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Will secure property if windows and doors of home have been left open.
• Coordinate access to the property for vendors and other contractors and then secure property when work is complete.
• Will notify owner immediately of any situation or damage that is observed and help to resolve the problem.
