1. Market your property on the internet using the leading websites to give your property the most exposure.

2. Personally contact the renters via email and by phone to see if your property is a good fit for both you and them.

3. Coordinate deposits and payments to the owners.

4. Provide access to the property when the guests arrive.

5. We are an on Cape contact for the renters to address any immediate concerns.

6. Nauset will also orchestrate the cleaning service, trash removal, lawn service, and maintenance repairs for an additional fee.
